Refund / Return Policy
If a customer decides after their first mentorship class that the program is not a right fit, the customer must contact the instructor or email us at [email protected] to request a refund and withdrawal from the mentorship course. Once a refund is issued, Push Button Trading will remotely disconnect or discontinue the customer's service to the technology and platforms.
Delivery Policy
OptionsPilot.co delivers all products and services virtually through digital platforms. Customers will be notified via email about access to specific features, which are dependent on the program they are enrolled in and will be provided by their coach.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a subscription, customers should contact [email protected] or their coach. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period or pro-rated depending on the situation.
